As a Registered Nurse, you will play an essential role in promoting residents’ wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person‑centred care aligned with clinical best practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
• Support physical, emotional, social, and cultural needs
• Maintain and update care plans to reflect changing support needs
• Ensure compliance with clinical quality and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team

Key Skills / Qualifications Required

• Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Post‑registration nursing experience (Aged Care desirable)
• Strong communication and clinical problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
• NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Full Australian working rights

Salary & Bonus Benefits
